In all Pure Energy Systems' operations SAFETY is not just a corporate goal, IT IS A REQUIREMENT!

To this end, we have formulated a written policy to govern all the operations of Pure Energy Systems.

It is a condition of employment with Pure Energy Systems that all employees adhere to the requirements of the safety policy. Those requirements include the safety rules, instructions, and procedures issued by Pure Energy Systems. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action as outlined in the written safety program.

It is a condition of all subcontracts and purchase orders that persons supplying goods or services at Pure Energy Systems' jobsites adhere to the requirements of the Pure Energy Systems' safety policy. Those requirements include the safety rules, instructions, and procedures issued by Pure Energy Systems, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.  Failure to comply with these requirements is a breach of contract terms.

All visitors to any Pure Energy Systems' jobsite, including but not limited to suppliers, owner representatives, agents of the architect or engineer, regulatory authorities, and insurance company representatives, are required to follow all safety rules and regulations in effect during their visit.

Pure Energy Systems will make an effort to ensure that the operations of other contractors not under our control do not endanger the safety of our employees. To this end all Pure Energy Systems' employees are required to report hazardous activities of any individual to appropriate Pure Energy Systems officials.

The Corporate Safety Manager, Project Foreman, and all other Pure Energy Systems' employees with the responsibility for supervision of Pure Energy Systems' operations have the full support of management in enforcing the provisions of this policy as it relates to responsibilities assigned to them.
